Reiki Healing is a Japanese hands on technique through which "universal life force energy" is transferred through my palms to the client in order to encourage and promote mental, emotional, physical + spiritual healing.
With the use of aids such as crystals, essential oils and sound healing. Reiki is amazing for stress + anxiety relief and balancing your chakras. Leaving my clients feeling very grounded, centered + a sense of peace, clarity + focus. I'm a qualified Reiki Master after starting my learning in January 2017.
